Scarpa – Vapor V – Climbing Shoes

Perfect for beginners and experts alike, the Vapor V from Scarpa is a climbing shoe for climbers of all levels and styles. Boasting a slight downturn and slightly asymmetrical last, the shoe is comfortable enough for you to wear it on long alpine routes. It features a bi-tension rand and rubber at the heel to maintain heel tension for effective power transfer whilst climbing. The lightweight microfibre upper feels great against the skin and retains its shape even after years of use. As for the sole, the Vapor’s is made of Vibram XS Edge rubber, which is known for its grip, durability and abrasion resistance. Sharp-edged granite is no problem for the Vapor V! The asymmetrical toe of the sole provides the precision sensitivity you need on tiny footholds. Thanks to the rubber heel and toe patch, the occasional heel or toe hook is an option as well.
